A former star football player at FSU will have to remain behind bars until his trial.
Greg Dent was initially arrested last June and accused of sexually assaulting a female friend at his apartment.
He was released on bond but missed a court date and wound up back in jail.
Today, Dent was in court trying to convince the judge to free him until his trial later this month. The judge said no.
Dent's trial is set to begin March 24th.

UPDATE By James Buechele 6-10-13 6:30 p.m.
Greg Dent walked out of the Leon County Jail Monday afternoon.
He faces a second degree felony charge of sexual battery stemming from an alleged incident Sunday morning at his apartment.
According to the probable cause, after a night out with friends, Dent returned home with a close female friend he knew from high school. The alleged victim had stayed at Dent's place before. The two went to bed with their heads on opposite ends of the mattress.
The alleged victim says she woke up to the FSU football player kissing her. After she told him to stop, Dent left the room. He returned and tried to have sex with her.
Dent's attorney, John Eagen, says his client faces serious charges.
"He was very upset and in a very depressed, you know, sad state which is understandable considering he was in jail," said Eagen.
The alleged victim fought back and was able to leave the apartment, drive away and then call the authorities.
Students and fans are hoping the allegations aren't true.
"Back in the 90's we were deemed then as the 'crimi-noles' and I would hate to see that kind of title return to the team," said FSU student Michael Verity.
Dent has been suspended indefinitely.
