TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- Trey Kellum tipped in the winning basket with 1 second left to lift Florida A&M to a 46-45 victory over Howard in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game Saturday.
Jamari Bradshaw scored 13 points, Reggie Lewis chipped in 10, and Kellum had 10 rebounds and nine points for the Rattlers (7-19, 4-8), who snapped a five-game losing streak.
Anton Dickerson scored 11 points, and Alphonso Leary grabbed 10 rebounds with nine points for the Bison (6-20, 3-9), who have lost two straight.
Florida A&M shot 14 of 48 from the field but 5 of 15 on 3-pointers. Howard was 14 of 36 but only 3 of 11 on 3-pointers. The Rattlers scored 17 points off the Bison's 17 turnovers.
The score was tied at 44-all with 2:02 to go. Leary made one free throw to lead 45-44 but missed the second at the 7-second mark before Kellum's tip-in.
