Sand Volleyball League Sails Into Tallahassee

This fall, Tom Brown Park will feel a little more like a fun day at the beach as the adult sand volleyball league kicks off! This is the newest program being offered by the City of Tallahassee Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Affairs Department. The inaugural season begins on Sunday, August 25.

Divisions for the league include Men’s 2v2, Women’s 2v2 and Co-ed 4v4. All skill levels are welcome! Players must be 18 years of age by the start of the season.

Registration begins August 2. Teams interested in participating may register in-person at PRNA’s main office located at 912 Myers Park Drive or online at Talgov.com/Parks.

In addition, onsite registration will be held at the Tom Brown Park sand volleyball courts on the following dates:

Thursday, August 8, 6-7 p.m.
Sunday, August 11, 3-5 p.m.
Tuesday, August 13, 6-7 p.m.
Saturday, August 17, 10 a.m. to noon

Registration costs $50 per team for the Men’s 2v2 and Women’s 2v2 leagues and $100 per team for the Co-ed 4v4 league.
