FAMU Fall Football Camp Update

By  |

Earl Holmes is in his first full year as FAMU Head Football Coach.

The Rattlers are coming off a dissapointing 4-7 season, look to turn things around. It doesn't sit will with players, in fact junior wide receiver Lenworth Lennon said he hasn't been a part of a team with that kind of record since his Pop Warner Football days.

Rattlers were in helmets and shorts on Thursday, August 8, and on Saturday will be in full pads. The team wore green jerseys with "FAMU" as the name on the back.

"We have a whole different system. Like Coach Quinn Gray, who is now our offensive coordinator - played for Jacksonville, a couple of years in the league. We just have a lot of faith in him and we just plan on having a good season this year," Lennon said.
