Football Teams Reclassified; To Change District Rivalries

The final state series assignments for all FHSAA sanctioned football teams after the appeals process have been announced.. The most notable change since the Jan. 23-24 Board of Directors meeting was the reformatting of class 5A districts 1-5 in football. .

The football scheduling meetings for the new district assignments will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011. Host schools of the football scheduling meetings have been designated. The assigned football district coordinator host schools will receive meeting information via e-mail next week.
