School staff said Ray Drew is not just a great football player, he's a great person as well.
Drew has been ranked by ESPN as the number one defensive end in the country and the number three football player overall.
Drew is also a mentor at a local Thomasville middle school and he's an ordained minister at his church.
"My parents always instilled in me when I was younger no matter where life may take me you can never forget home or you can never forget the people who helped build up," said Drew.
Ray Drew will make his big announcement at 10:00 clock Friday morning in the school's conference room.
