Thomasville, GA - Thomasville has hired Leroy Ryals, Jr. as its new head football coach, school superintendent Sabrina Boykins-Everett confirmed on Wednesday. A press conference is set for Friday at 10 a.m. in the high school's cafeteria.
Ryals, Jr. arrives from Clarke Central in Athens, Ga. He replaces Richie Marsh.
The Bulldogs finished 3-7 last season. But Ryals, Jr. brings a winning resume. He went 60-22-1 in seven seasons at Clarke Central.
His start date will be March 1.
