Tallahassee, FL-- Calling all bird lovers! Exotic birds from all over Florida flocked to Tallahassee today.
The event was put on by the Big Bend Bird Club and held at the North Florida Fairgrounds.
Vendors sold rare birds and nutritious food for your feathered friends.
Next year, the club will celebrate its 25th year of putting on the festival.
"This is our fundraiser of the year, that helps us get through the year, so we can go out and do educational programs with the children we teach them about the birds," said Regena Louis, a member of the Big Bend Bird Club.
The two day event ended on Sunday. The festival featured everything a bird owner would need cages and even toys.
