Eames joined the Eyewitness News team in January 2012 as a Valdosta Bureau Reporter.

Prior to joining WCTV he was part of the news production team for Bloomberg TV in New York City. He has worked as a reporter in Hong Kong and Shanghai and interviewed a wide range of people including Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes and the Dalai Lama.

While at Bloomberg his responsibilities included writing scripts, shooting footage and associate producing news packages. He also secured interviews with Doug Liman, director of The Bourne Identity and Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island.

Eames also has helped create a number of documentaries for HBO including Crank: Made in America which covered crystal meth abuse and Suicide which focused on the national epidemic of suicide in America.

Eames attended the New School University in New York City where he received a Bachelors degree in Cultural and Media studies.
