I neever get a chance to watch the news often but when I do I watch Frank. Your persona and demeanor made you a treasure to watch. I am sure your co workers appreciated that too. May the Lord coninue to shine upon you. I hope for updates to hear how you are doing.

Mr. Frank Ranicky, the textbook example of a good, reliable, and audience-capturing journalist. You have informed us of many a story during your career and did so in a very informative, professional, but very personable way. WCTV, North Florida, and South Georgia have been blessed to have you as our reliable source. You adapted well to the many technological changes through these years, which never changed your style of reporting. That was a good thing. I remember the days of Mr. Frank Pepper, Willie the weatherman, and Mrs. Anna Johnson and how close they seemed. As things progressed, I thought that something would be lost in the process, but thankfully, it didn't. That's the ONE thing that keeps me watching WCTV, the "team" effect in which you have been the strong foudation. You will be missed, but as the others before you, NEVER forgotten. Best wishes to you & your family. Good luck to you in all of your new endeavors.

Frank Ranicky you have been a part of our family dinners since I was born. You are the only anchorman I have ever known to do the 6:00 news. It will be strange to see someone else in your spot. It's like losing a good and constant friend. Take Care and God Bless! We will miss you!

Well, I moved to Tallahassee in 1973 and have watched you Mr.Frank Ranicky all these years. I don't believe they can get anyone better to do the news. I have seen many come and go on WCTV through the years and so it goes. This will not be the same sentiment about you Mr. Frank. I can't believe there won't be Frank on at 6 pm any longer. I may not be watching as much now. God Bless You in Your endeavors to come. If I see you in town somewhere, I would like to shake your hand and have a picture made with you so I will carry my camera around hoping that day will come soon. Good Luck!!

Well Frank it has been a lot of years that we have watched you and your co-anchors. Even would go down to the pub and listen to you sing and play in years long gone by. We have been retired for 30 years now. Here is a little of what to expect. Can you help me get my car started. want to play a round of golf in 100 degree weather. How about coming over and singing for a party i am throwing. Before you leave please take the garbage out. Is the car heated or cooled down now for us to go. God Bless you on your new journey. Use your gift to help people do the right thing and volunteer more now that you will have more free time. Some old golfer would love some attention since he now lives in a nursing home. Retirement is what you make of it. An one more thing go to alaska with Anna on her tour. Sure will beat the heat.
