See the Museum after hours! 3rd Thursday offers a monthly opportunity to visit the Museum of Florida History in the evening. The program, music, and parking are free.
At 5:00 p.m., enjoy free live music by local favorite Travelin’ Light.
At 7:00 p.m., Florida underwater archaeologist Dr. Roger C. Smith discusses vessels of exploration and the loading of ships for colonial ventures. The many sunken ships off the coast of Florida provide keen insights into the cargo Spanish explorers chose to take with them.
In January, Gordo’s restaurant caters dinner for $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers.
