Atlantic Tropical Weather Discussion
Last Updated: 8:30 PM 10/22/11 - There are currently no named systems in the Atlantic. There are two low pressure systems that have the potential to develop, although it's not looking too likely. The first system is a broad low pressure that only has a 10% chance of development. It is located a couple hundred miles East of the Windward Islands. The second system is a cluster of disorganized thunderstorms located in the Southwest Caribbean near San Andres Island. It only has a 50% chance of development. If it does develop it will need to happen over the next couple of days before it interacts with the land in Central America.
