Could Burning Saltwater Fuel Our Cars?

A scientist in Pennsylvania tried to desalinate water with a radio-frequency generator that he developed to treat cancer. The saltwater burned when it was exposed to radio frequencies. This acted to release hydrogen from the saltwater, which can burn and possible power a car. The scientist is meeting with officials from the Departments of Energy and Defense to obtain funding for further research.
