Gas prices are up over 3-dollars per gallon at a rather inconvenient time of the year, but it is creating a renewed interest in alternative fuels nationwide.
Take, for example, a car dealership in Wichita, Kansas. They are selling these fuel-efficient vehicles that run entirely from natural gas. Car-shoppers say they're very interested in the new line of vehicles. The dealership says they've had interest from taxi drivers to police to inspectors; all of whom drive frequently. The natural gas can come from any source, including the one that powers a furnace or water heater at home.
