The men and women who fly into and predict hurricanes will be making a stop in Apalachicola next week.
Apalachicola will be one of five cities where you can find hurricane experts, including the director of the National Hurricane Center, next Thursday, April 17.
They'll arrive onboard a Hurricane Hunter plane with its crew, which the public can tour between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM at the Apalachicola Municipal Airport.
Government officials are conducting the tour in an effort to get everyone to prepare for upcoming season right now.
