Tallahassee, FL - Heavy rainfall is impacting all of north Florida and south Georgia Friday.
As of 11am Friday, the Tallahassee Regional Airport received 2.22" of rain. Valdosta received 1.02" of rain.
More rain is expected as an area of low pressure moves across the area.
River flood warnings have been issued for most of the local rivers. So far, there have been no reports of major flooding.
A tree fell across Meridian Road Friday morning near Maclay School. No one was injured, and crews worked quickly to clean up the tree.
