CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN
SEA ARE ASSOCIATED WITH A WESTWARD MOVING TROPICAL WAVE. UPPER
LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM.
