BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WCTV) -- Bainbridge Public Safety Officers have announced several drug arrests over the last few days.

Around 2 a.m. on Sunday, officers arrested 49-year old Gregory Lydell Jackson and 38-year-old Yolanda Baulkman after pulling their car over for driving recklessly.

Officers asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle and searched the car, finding cocaine in a cup holder of the car and in a box of cigarettes. Both were arrested for possession of cocaine, while Jackson was also charged with failure to maintain lane.

Around 2:30 a.m. on Monday, BPSO pulled over and arrested 37-year-old Timothy Wayne Adams and 37-year-old Susan Lynn Garner. The officer stated he smelled alcohol on Adams' breath and found two cold, open cans of beer in the car.

A K9 alerted officers to the presence of drugs, and after a search of the vehicle, officers found methamphetamine. Adams was charged with driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane and open container. Garner was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug related objects.

On Wednesday morning, officers were conducting a routine traffic stop in West Bainbridge and arrested 21-year-old Anthony Rodgers.

According to authorities, Rogers began acting nervous and avoided answering several questions, making officers believe he was hiding something.

Rogers was asked to step out of the vehicle where officers found he was in possession of meth. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
