Strawberry Champagne Mini Parfaits



Ingredients

Favorite cake (any flavor), baked and cooled
Favorite icing (any flavor)
Strawberry compote/filling
Small bottle of champagne
Gold and silver sprinkles
2 oz shooter cups
Mini spoons

Directions

For quick assembly, you can begin with the cake. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles that are the same size. Place the cake circle in the shooter cup and drizzle with champagne. Next do a layer of strawberry compote, drizzle again with champagne. Place another piece of cake on top and repeat all steps one more time. Lastly, sprinkle and decorate with the gold and silver decorations. Finish off with a sparkler for a New Year’s Eve effect.
