GEORGIA DOT ANNOUNCES I-75 LANE CLOSURE IN TIFT COUNTY

WHEN: Beginning at 7 p.m., Monday, February 8 and continuing through 7 a.m., Tuesday, February 9

WHERE: I-75 South, in Tift County, starting near mile marker 59 and continuing to mile marker 58

WHAT: Contractors for Georgia DOT will be installing a left lane closure, starting near mile marker 59 and continuing to mile marker 58, to remove temporary barrier wall.

This is a WORK ZONE and extreme caution is necessary. Motorists are advised to reduce speeds as they travel through this construction work zone. Message signs, barrels and cones will be utilized to alert the public of the upcoming changes. Drivers should be aware that personnel and equipment will be operating in close proximity to travel lanes.
