Ole Miss beats Georgia

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) _ Zach Miller hit a go-ahead RBI sacrifice fly
during a six-run eighth inning to lift Ole Miss to a 9-to-4 victory
over Georgia in college baseball on Saturday.
The Bulldogs held a 3-to-1 lead in the third after Rich
Poythress' three-run homer. Ryan Piesel hit a solo homer in the
seventh to give Georgia a 4-to-3 lead.
But Ole Miss answered with a six-runs in the eighth, highlighted
by Miller's run-scoring sacrifice fly and a two-run double by
Jordan Henry. Fuller Smith and Cody Overbeck each finished with two
RBIs.
Scott Bittle, with a 4-and-1 record, won the game in relief for
Ole Miss. Ole Miss has a 31-and-18 record now, and is 12-and-11 in
the Southeastern Conference.
Georgia is 30-15-and-1 overall, and 16-6-and-1 in the S-E-C.
