Missing Woman: Suspects Arrested, Woman Still Missing

Update 11pm 5/8/08

Twenty-three year-old Rachel Hoffman has been missing since Wednesday (5/7) night .

Now two men are under arrest in connection with her disappearance. Hoffman's car was found Thursday (5/8) afternoon and our cameras were the only ones there as investigators searched for any sign of the young woman, making sure not to leave any stone unturned.

Authorities spent more than two hours searching Rachel Hoffman's car looking for evidence that will lead them to the 23 year-old.

Hoffman was last seen Wednesday night at about 7pm near ForestMeadows Park on North Meridian Road. Officials say her 2005 silver Volvo was discovered at about 12pm Thursday afternoon.

It was parked under a tree in the parking lot of United Welding Services in Perry.

Stephen Brock, a worker for United Services said, "It is kinda frightening. I mean right out here, outside of work, something like that happens."

Officials took her car for further investigation, but at this point they haven't said what they found. Police say Hoffman provided assistance for them during a police operation with TPD.

Officials say they have arrested Andrea Green and Deneilo Bradshaw for kidnapping and robbery. They were found in Orlando and are being questioned. Officials hope through their information they can find the young woman.

OFC Dave McCranie with the Tallahassee Police Department said, "Our hope obviously is that ms. Hoffman is still alive. Her parents are here in touch and we've been talking to them and our goal is to bring closure to this incident and our hoped prayer is that she is safe."

Hoffman is 5'-7", 135 pounds, she was last seen wearing a green V-neck style shirt, black skirt with varying colors on the bottom, and black flip flops.

Police have not gone into detail about what kind of operation Hoffman was assisting them with.

Officials have arrested two men in connection with the disappearance of a missing Tallahassee woman.

They were found in Orlando and are being questioned.

The search for two suspects in the disappearance of a Tallahassee woman is over. But 23-year-old Rachel Hoffman is still missing.

Tallahassee Police say Andrea Green and Deneilo Bradshaw were captured in Orlando just after 5:00 Thursday afternoon.

The two were wanted in connection to the disappearance of Hoffman.

Police are saying that Hoffman provided assistance for them during a police operation with TPD. Police have not said exactly what the operation was and how Hoffman assisted.

Tallahassee Police were calling her disappearance suspicious from the beginning.

Twenty-three-year-old Rachel Hoffman's 2005 four-door silver Volvo was found Thursday afternoon parked at United Welding Services in Perry.

Tallahassee resident Jessica Scharein said, "It makes me feel nervous just because I've lived here my entire life and I've never...we've never had anything like that."

Scharein says she jogs frequently in the area of Tallahassee where authorities say Hoffman went missing.

Hoffman was last seen Wednesday at about 7 p.m. near Forestmeadows Park on North Meridian Road.

OFC Dave McCranie with the Tallahassee Police Department said, "We believe Ms. Hoffman went missing from, the area, not in the park, but in the are of Forest Meadows. There is no reason for people to be alarmed."

Officer McCranie says the department is concerned for her welfare, But says authorities do not have reason to believe that she is dead.

According to OFC Dave McCranie, just after 5:00PM, Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement captured Andrea J. Green and Deneilo Bradshaw in Orlando, FL. Both subjects will be interviewed and an update provided as we have additional information.

Rachel Hoffman, the missing Tallahassee woman, was working with the Tallahassee Police Department before she went missing.

Police say The 23-year-old provided assistance during a police operation with TPD.

There are warrants out for the two men police were looking for in connection to Hoffman's disappearance.

Police are confirming that Hoffman assisted the department during an operation.

Rachel Hoffman was last seen Wednesday (5-7)around 7:00 p.m. near Forestmeadows Park in Tallahassee.

Her car was found Thursday(5-8) at the United Welding in Perry around noon.

Police say they are looking for Deneilo Bradshaw and Andrea Green for kidnapping and armed robbery.

Jessica Scharein, a Tallahassee Resident said, "It makes me definitely more cautious to run by myself out here, especially if it gets dark. But I don't usually do that."

OFC Dave McCranie, with the Tallahassee Police Department said, "The important part is we just got to get the pieces of information that will solve this case and make sure that Ms. Hoffman is okay."

Warrants have been issued for Bradshaw and Green in connection to this case. Police have not disclosed exactly how Hoffman assisted during an operation.

As of now, Hoffman is still missing. Bradshaw and Green are still missing.

Police say the two men may be in a gray or silver 1986 BMW with the Georgia license plate number AIU4613.

Police say they are investigating to determine the exact circumstances of her disappearance.

Hoffman's car has been found in Perry (we have a reporter there on that scene now who says authorities are combing through it).

New information concerning the disappearance of Rachel Hoffman. The two men who had been persons of interest, Andrea Green and Deneilo Bradshaw, are now suspects in the case.
Here is a statement just released by the Tallahassee Police Department.

Yesterday, Rachel Hoffman provided assistance during a police operation with the Tallahassee Police Department. The Department continues the investigation in an attempt to determine the exact circumstances of her disappearance. At this time, investigators have obtained warrants for the arrest of Andrea Green and Deneilo Bradshaw for kidnapping and armed robbery.

Perry, Florida authorities have found the Volvo belonging to Rachel Hoffman. No one was in the vehicle. FDLE is assisting in the investigation.

TPD is investigating the suspicious disappearance of Rachel Hoffman. She was last seen Wednesday evening at 7pm near Forest Meadows Park off North Meridian Road in Leon County.

Investigators have identified two persons of interest in the case: Andrea J. Green and Deneilo R. Bradshaw.
Descriptions: Andrea Jabbar Green, Black Male, 6 foot 3 inches tall weighing 200 pounds.
Deneilo R. Bradshaw, Black Male, 5 foot 7 inches tall weighing 165 pounds.

The two men are believed to be in the Tallahassee area and may be driving a gray/siver older model BMW. The car may have a broken tail light and damage to the front grill area.

The Tallahassee Police Department says it needs your help finding a woman who went missing Wednesday night.

23-year-old Rachel Hoffman was last seen about 7 P.M. near Forest Meadows Park off North Meridian road in Leon County.

She was wearing a green shirt , black skirt and black flip flops.
TPD says foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

Hoffman's vehicle is described as a 2005 four door silver Volvo with a Florida license plate that reads...R-F-V-664
