Authorities say last April, Timothy James shot and killed his wife and 16 year old stepson inside their Thomas County home.

The assistant DA says James was re-indicted this week so prosecutors could add the additional counts needed to seek the death penalty.

The assistant DA also says several of James's relatives charged with hindering his apprehension are scheduled to stand trial sometime in the near future.
