A complex of showers and thunderstorms moved across the Southeast on Thursday bringing down trees and power lines and even leaving at least one person dead.

One possible tornado was reported on the ground just west of Andalusia Elementary School. So far no damage has been reported with that storm.

Another storm spawned a possible tornado in Forrest County, Mississippi near the town of Shelby. The storm left trees down on a mobile home and others blocking a road. Emergency Management spotters reported seeing a tornado on the ground near Camp Shelby.

In Iberville, Louisiana, thunderstorm winds blew down a tree on a trailer, killing a man inside.

Several other damage reports have been received, mainly in the form of downed trees and power lines. No other deaths or injuries have been reported.
