Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens announced the arrest of a Decatur County businessman and his employee for insurance fraud.

ATLANTA, Ga. -- Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens announced the arrest of a Decatur County businessman and his employee for insurance fraud.

James Leroy Ward, 63, and Anthony Bryan Hall, 44, both of Bainbridge, has been charged with one count of insurance fraud in connection with damage to a motor home in May 2012. The warrants were executed on July 28.

According to arrest warrants, Ward, who owns Jimmy Auto Sales, located at 1902 Dothan Road, Bainbridge, conspired with Hall to intentional cause damage to a 2012 Heartland 5th Wheel.

Both Ward and Hall have been released from the Decatur County Jail on bond, Commissioner Hudgens said.

Insurance fraud is a felony and carries a penalty of one to five years in prison and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
