Brooks County Teachers Attend, Present At Georgia Career and Technical Education Conference

Quitman, Georgia- August 3, 2012

Several CTAE Teachers from Brooks County Schools attended the Georgia Association of Career/Technical Educators (GACTE) annual conference in Atlanta July 15-18, 2012.

Teacher Jack Brown, Patrina Fordham, Christine Freeman, Greg Register, Donald Morgan along with Brooks County Middle School Teacher, Michelle Sorrells were all in attendance. Morgan was invited to present, “How to Effectively Market your Program”; while Sorrells presented, “Give Me More… Hours in a Day.”

The conference allowed teachers to network with other CTAE professionals across the state of Georgia and to receive Department of Education updates.
