The Courthouse in Quitman, Georgia is looking a little nicer for passers by with the help of some bright high school students.

These green-thumbed workers have been planting rose bushes and scrubbing sidewalks all week. Thursday they held a flower sale to raise funds for more community service projects.

Thursday was the last day of a week long project for Brooks County High School. All 25 students were nominated by their teachers.

"I felt really good. I felt like my school recognized me out of everybody and I felt like I'm doing good and I'm being rewarded," said Jasmine Arnold, Brooks Co. High School Senior.

Wiregrass Technical College sponsored the leadership camp and the kids have been spending their mornings doing fun activities at their main campus.
