Residents living around Moody Air Force Base might want to cover their ears this week.

Some special air combat training is planned for Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Marine Corps F/A-18 fighter jets are coming in from South Carolina for a few days. These planes are louder than any aircraft Moody has.

Base officials say they are sensitive to the impact of the noise on the community, and they appreciate resident's support.
