Valdosta, Georgia- September 3, 2012

Valdosta Police need your help finding who broke into a gas station convenience store early Monday morning.

It happened at "Xpress Way" on East Park Avenue around 1 am. Police say the suspect used a brick to smash through the front window. They stole $150 worth of cash from the register and various "gas station items".

"Well it makes you take more precautions here at home," said Johnny Gary, a concerned neighbor who lives just around the corner. "To happen so close to my home, I have small kids. So it just makes you be more cautious."

At this time, police do not have any suspects and they are not sure how many people were involved. Anyone with information is asked to call the Valdosta Police Department. You can do so anonymously.
