Time Running Out To Enter In Valdosta Photo Contest

Are you good with a camera and live in Valdosta?

Time is running out to enter in "Valdosta's 2012 People's Choice Photo Contest". All the pictures are taken in the Azalea City.

Anyone can enter whether photography is your passion, profession or pasttime. And it's absolutely free.

"So this gives citizens of all ages a chance to participate by capturing that beautiful thing. Sometimes the things we pass right by. When we drive past it everyday we don't even notice it. And then we start looking at things in a different way when we have a camera in our hands," said Sementha Mathews, who is the City Of Valdosta's Public Information Officer.

The deadline to enter is May 31st. The big show where the winners will be announced is July 20th.
