Valdosta, GA - The Valdosta State Blazers are National Champions for Division two football once again and they have the rings to show for it.

Each player on the team went home with one of the championship rings Sunday. But they're not just for the players. Everyone involved with bringing the team to the pinnacle of success got one. That includes university president Dr. William McKinney all the way to the team medical staff.

This is VSU's third football National Championship. And a number of team members now have two rings to show for it. Head Coach David Dean and several current players and staff have rings from the last one in 2007.
