Terrell's roommate Chris Emanuel said "his grandma and them, they loved him. His momma, I know they loved him. His daddy loved him, his whole family loved him."

His best friend Jeremy McGee said "It's just sad, for Terrell's family and Timothy's Family."

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting an independent investigation into Rizer's death.
