LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. (AP) --
A Lauderhill man reportedly killed another man that beat him to a gas station parking spot.

The Broward Sheriff's Office reports that 67-year-old Jonathas
Carasco pulled his car up to a gas pump last week at a BP gas
station, unaware that 21-year-old Ryan Wilson had wanted the same
spot.

Carasco walked into the store to pay, but when he came back out,
Wilson's girlfriend complained that he had stepped on her foot.
Surveillance video shows Wilson getting of his car and hitting
Carasco. Wilson and his girlfriend then drove away, leaving Carasco
on the ground with a fractured skull.

Deputies tracked down Wilson's license plate last Friday and
charged him with aggravated battery on an elderly person. The
charge was upgraded to manslaughter after Carasco died.
