In today's health matters, ladies, listen up! Here's another reason not to skip your morning cup of Joe!
A new study suggests drinking coffee may lower women's risk of depression. But one cup may not be enough.
Women who drank two to three cups of caffeinated coffee a day were 15 perfect less likely to develop depression over a ten-year-period compared to those drank one cup or less per week.
That's according to a new study published in "Archives of Internal Medicine."
But researchers warn this study does not prove that coffee reduces depression. They say the study only shows an association between consumption and depression risk.
