People who suffer from urinary tract infections often drink cranberry juice to help alleviate the symptoms.
Now there's something else that might help as well.
It's called D-Mannose.
And although not really new, most people haven't heard of it.
D-Mannose is actually the active ingredient in cranberry juice, as well as other fruit.
It renders the bacteria unable to stay in the urinary tract.
If you get frequent urinary tract infections, take 500 milligrams twice daily as a preventative measure.
If you're treating a urinary tract infection, take 500 milligrams four times a day until the infection is gone.
