A Fresno, California investigation revealed that several medical marijuana collectives aren't obeying the law.
It's called "Operation Full Compliance."
The so-called non-profits are bringing in up to $50,000 a day.
Also, deputies found no evidence of quality control in any of the products.
In the last month a lab began testing marijuana using EPA and FDA standards.
Authorities are encouraging dispensaries to play by the rules and implement regulatory standards.
