In today's Health Matters, The drink that's been dubbed a "black-out in a can" is coming with a fresh warning.
The company that makes Four Loko is changing the drink's label to show that one can has as much alcohol as four or five beers. The move comes after the Federal Trade Commission accused Phusion Projects of being deceptive about the drink's alcohol content.
This isn't the first time the drink maker's landed in hot water. Last year, it also took caffeine out of its mix after claims the drinks were linked to the deaths of several teenagers.
