Health Matters: Technology Ruining Students Vision

In today's health matters, technology is moving into the classroom and it's here to stay. But what price are students' eyes paying?

Some kids can start seeing double. Looking at smartboards or computers for a long time is difficult for healthy eyes.

For students with underlying vision problems like astigmatism or nearsightedness and it's even harder. Doctors recommend kids take a break from computers every 20 minutes and play outside.

It's good for the body and just as important for the eyes. Television ,video games and computer time in school experts say your child's screen time can really add up.
