3 cups Silk Soy Milk (organic, fat-free, no sugar added)
1 to 1 ½ cups partially frozen fruit (depending on preferred thickness)
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 medium sized ripe banana
Partially frozen Strawberries
Partially frozen Mango or Peaches
Put all of the ingredients in an electric blender and blend until smooth (1 or 2 minutes). Makes about four, 8-ounce servings. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and enjoy with the Zucchini Bread recipe below for a heart healthy breakfast.
