Celebrity Chef: Tallahassee Museum Trail Break Café, Chicken Salad Sandwich

Makes 3-4 sandwiches

4 mesquite chicken breasts (chopped and Boneless)
¼ cup of minced Onion
¼ cup of minced Carrots
¼ up of minced Celery
½ cup mayo

Mix your chicken, celery , carrots onions together, add mayo and mix. Place on a butter Croissant top with lettuce tomatoes.
