Drunken Ribs

Ingredients

One rack baby back ribs

One beer – full bodied lager or ales work best

Your favorite BBQ dry rub

Generously cover the ribs on both sides with the dry rub, and then place in a large baking dish. Pour beer over ribs, cover with foil, and let marinate for at least three hours in the refrigerator.

Heat oven to 250 degrees and bake covered for two hours. After two hours, drain all liquid from the ribs, apply more dry rub, and return to the oven covered for another hour. Remove foil and broil or grill for texture.

Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
