Grilled Fish & Coleslaw

Grilled Fish (Use fish of your choice)
Serves 4
• 1 ½ lb Fillets
• Brush with Olive oil
• Sprinkle with *Lil Bump
• Grill fillets about 2 min on each side

Multigrain buns grilled

Coleslaw
1 16oz coleslaw package
¾ c Mayo with olive oil
Lil Bump to taste
Splenda to taste
Let chill for about 30 min before serving

1. Grill buns
2. Add about 1 tbs coleslaw
3. Place catfish on top of coleslaw and squeeze with fresh lemon juice
4. Put top on bun, cut in half and serve with fresh fruit
