Ingredients:
4 cans of biscuits (40)
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, raisins or coconut (optional)
Directions:
Put white sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag and mix together well. Tear each biscuit into 3 pieces. Add biscuit pieces, a few at a time, to sugar and cinnamon mixture and shake to coat. Place pieces in greased tube pan. Sprinkle layers with pecans, raisins, or coconuts if desired.
Melt brown sugar and butter together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over top of biscuits. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Turn top side down.
