Salami and Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
1- 8oz.pkg Oscar Meyer Hard Salami
1- 8oz.pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
Allow cream cheese to soften on countertop for about 1/2 hour to ease application. Take one slice of hard salami and spread a thin, even layer over surface of slice. Roll slice, cheese side inward, to form tube. Pierce with toothpick on each end to secure tube and slice with knife between the two toothpicks, creating two hors'deuvres. (You may also use the flavored cream cheeses for a different taste.)
Easy Fruit Dip
1- 11.5oz.pkg Whipped Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1- 14oz. Tub Marshmallow Fluff
In a medium bowl, combine both ingredients and stir with spoon until well-blended. Serve with fruit or drizzle over warm brownies.
