1 Box Spaghetti Noodles
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbl Diced Garlic
16 oz diced Ham
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Cup White Wine
1 Egg Yolk
6 oz Fresh Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Coat pan in EVOO and saute- ham and garlic, browning. Add red pepper flakes. Slowly add wine and stir. Bring to a slight simmer.
While above is simmering, boil spaghetti noodles.
Before draining noodles, set aside 1/4 cup of water. Drain noodles.
Whisk egg yolk in the water.
Add ham mixture to pasta. Add egg to pasta and toss quickly, being sure to evenly coat entire dish.
Add cheese, toss, and enjoy!
