Avocado Mango Salsa


2 cups diced peeled mango (about 2 mango's) or nectarines
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons minced seeded jalapeno pepper
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
Baked tortilla chips

About 100 calories; 3 grams fat


Combine all ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with baked corn chips.

*This salsa would also be delicious on grilled chicken or fish.
