1 8 ounce Cream Cheese
3 Sticks Butter (softened)
3 Cups Sugar
6 Large Eggs
3 Cup Soft-As-Silk or Swan Cake Flour, sifted
¼ Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Almond Extract
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp. Imitation Butter Flavoring


Allow cream cheese, butter and eggs to warm to room temperature. Cream the cheese, butter and sugar for ten minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth. Add all flavorings. Fold in mixture. Grease (solid Crisco) and flour tube cake pan. Spoon mixture in pan. Bake at 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees. Start off in cold oven.
