Garlic Rolls


2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, or more if needed
1 envelope RapidRise Yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened


Combine yeast, sugar and salt in a large mixer bowl and mix it. Add flour slowly. Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.

Portion dough evenly, make dough balls. Cover it and let it rest 15 minutes in room temperature. Use pizza cutter and portion dough evenly into 12 to 15 greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned on top. When it is hot, brush with garlic butter and top with grated parmigiana.
