2 lbs ground sausage *
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese *
2 cans Ro' tel drained *
Brown and drain sausage. Add cream cheese to sausage and mix together with the drained Ro' tel. If you want a creamier consistency you may add another 8 ounce package of cream cheese. This is a great dip served warm in a crock pot with chips, crackers, and vegetables.
* All cream cheese is gluten free.
* Suggested gluten free sausage brands are: Publix, Jones, Goolsby, Odom's Tennessee Pride, Jimmy Dean, Aidell's
* For the Ro' tel you may choose the original, mild, hot, chunky or a combination of two.
Some gluten free chip brands are: Tostitos, Cape Cod, Ruffles, and Xochitl.
