The Florida State women's basketball team is on the door of the Sweet 16! Whether or not the record books now show it, it is a place Coach Sue Semrau and the Lady Noles have been before, and will be again with a win over St. John's Monday night.

Head Coach Sue Semrau says, "It's not something we talk about. I'm sure they're all very motivated to move forward. I think they're more motivated to beat St. John's than with what the next step is. I think that's exactly where we need to be, and because we have three seniors who have done both, they understand what's the most important and that's having the motivation to beat St. John's."

Those three seniors, Jacinta Monroe, Alysha Harvin and Angel Gray experienced a Sweet 16 run as freshman, and are helping lead the charge back to the regional semi finals in their final go around..

Semrau adds, "They're not seniors that have been here that are hoping and throwing out this pie in the sky stuff. They're commited and they know what it takes and they're not just going to say something without backing it up, and I'm very proud of their leadership."
